Alumni who need replacement cards should visit the Library Reception.
LSE Staff need to go to the Central Badging Office Old Building 1.02.
MPhil/PhD students need to attend the PhD Academy on the 4th Floor in the Lionel Robbins Building

PLEASE NOTE: You must return your damaged card to the Student Services Centre when collecting your new card or the new card will not be released to you.
HOW DO I COLLECT MY CARD? Although eshop requires you to enter an address when ordering a card, please note that your new ID card will NOT be delivered to your home. Cards are available to be collected from the Student Services Centre only.
WHEN WILL MY CARD BE READY? If ordered online Monday to Friday before 4pm, your new card will be ready for you to collect from the Student Services Centre the following working day. If ordered Monday to Friday after 4pm, or over the weekend, it will be ready for you to collect after 2 working days.
CAN I ACCESS BUILDINGS WHILE I WAIT FOR MY CARD TO BE PRINTED? If you need to access areas of campus that require a card while you wait for your new card to be ready for collection, please print the confirmation email you will receive after placing your order and use it as a temporary pass.
HOW DO I TRANSFER MY SQUID FUNDS TO MY NEW CARD? If you have activated the sQuid option on your card and topped it up with funds, immediately go to the sQuid website and choose Lost or stolen card. This will block your card and prevent further usage of the funds. You will also need to return to the sQuid website to register and activate your new card.
